June 2008, HSU opened an office for distribution of Spay / Neuter vouchers.
We are located in a dedicated private office in the south end of the Uvalde Pound facility on Garden Street, just across from HEB.
Currently the office is staffed 10AM - 2PM Tuesday- Thursday.
