With pleasure we invite you to join the Humane Society of Uvalde. In 2006 we formed as a nonprofit
organization that operates on donations from people like you who want to make a difference in our
community. We rely on donations and self generated income made through fund raising events  . 

 The Humane Society of Uvalde is not a branch of any national organization, such as the Humane
Society of the United States , nor do we receive funds from any state, county or federal source.
Our mission is to control indiscriminate pet reproduction through spay / neuter education as well as offering 

 discount vouchers for spay / neuter services and to provide quality care for homeless
animals through foster/adoption programs. We hope to encourage responsible pet care, thereby
preventing cruelty to animals and limiting pet overpopulation. 

Your  membership donation will help us accomplish our goals. By providing
